Basic and Advanced Narcotics Investigations

Designed for narcotics investigators and task force personnel, this course covers the complete investigative process from street-level enforcement to complex conspiracy investigations. Topics include confidential informants, surveillance, undercover operations, search warrants, financial investigations, electronic evidence, case management, and courtroom testimony through practical scenarios and case studies.
Basic and Cyber Undercover Investigations

This course introduces officers to both traditional and cyber undercover investigations. Students learn undercover identities, operational planning, online covert investigations, social media exploitation, operational security, evidence preservation, legal considerations, and risk mitigation while conducting successful undercover operations in both physical and digital environments.
Civil Disturbance Operations

This course prepares officers to safely and effectively manage protests, demonstrations, and civil disturbances while protecting constitutional rights. Topics include crowd psychology, field force formations, crowd management, riot response, evidence collection, arrest team operations, de-escalation strategies, and tactical deployment during large-scale public events.
Operational Planning and Mission Preparation

Students learn the principles of operational planning for tactical and investigative missions. Instruction includes mission analysis, intelligence collection, target assessments, operational briefings, contingency planning, risk management, communication plans, and post-operation debriefings. Practical exercises emphasize planning under realistic operational conditions.
Tactical Surveillance
Hours: 24 Hours (3 Days)
This course develops the skills necessary to conduct effective surveillance operations in support of criminal investigations. Students receive instruction in fixed, mobile, foot, and vehicle surveillance techniques, surveillance detection, operational communications, technical surveillance tools, evidence documentation, and surveillance team coordination.
Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) for Law Enforcement
Hours: 24 Hours (3 Days)
Based on Tactical Combat Casualty Care principles, this hands-on course prepares officers to provide lifesaving medical care during high-threat law enforcement operations. Students learn hemorrhage control, airway management, tourniquet application, wound packing, chest trauma treatment, casualty assessment, casualty evacuation, and integration of medical care into tactical environments.
Officer Rescue and Casualty Management

This course focuses on rescuing injured officers during active threats and high-risk operations. Participants learn rescue techniques, casualty movement, officer down response, rescue task force concepts, emergency extraction methods, communication, and coordinated medical response under stressful operational conditions.
Comprehensive Tactical Medical Response

High-Hazard Environment Tactical Operations

Designed for officers operating in high-risk environments, this course focuses on tactical movement, high-risk warrant service, hostile environment operations, force protection, threat assessment, operational decision-making, team coordination, and officer survival during dangerous law enforcement missions.
Close Quarters Tactics (CQT/CQB)
Hours: 40 Hours (5 Days)
This intensive tactical course teaches officers how to safely operate in confined spaces using proven close quarters tactics. Students train in room clearing, hallway movement, stairwell operations, mechanical breaching, multi-story structures, suspect control, communication, and dynamic decision-making through extensive shoot house and force-on-force exercises.
Off-Duty Survival and Family Preparedness for Criminal, Active Shooter, and Terrorist Attacks
Hours: 16 Hours (2 Days)
This unique course prepares law enforcement officers and their families to survive violent encounters while off duty. Topics include situational awareness, family emergency planning, active shooter response, terrorist attack survival, home security, concealed carry considerations, emergency medical response, communication plans, and decision-making during rapidly evolving critical incidents. Realistic scenarios help participants develop practical survival strategies both at home and in public settings.
