Designed for first-line supervisors and aspiring leaders, this course develops the leadership competencies needed to successfully transition from officer to leader. Topics include leadership philosophy, ethical decision-making, emotional intelligence, accountability, conflict resolution, coaching, mentoring, and building credibility within an organization. Students participate in leadership assessments and scenario-based exercises focused on real-world supervisory challenges.
