Instructor Development (Train-the-Trainer)
This instructor course prepares experienced law enforcement professionals to become effective trainers within their own agencies. Students learn adult learning principles, lesson plan development, instructional design, classroom management, public speaking, practical exercise facilitation, student evaluation, and presentation techniques. Each participant develops and delivers instructional presentations while receiving individualized coaching and feedback to promote long-term sustainability of training programs.
